Seen. Both parties are present before the court. Heard both parties. Perused the materials available on record. Upon such perusal, it appears to the court that
Sub-Registrar, Office of the Sub-Registrar (Sadar), Rajshahi was ordered to place the concerned volume of Deed No. 20692/1972 before the court for its inspection. Despite being ordered as such, the aforesaid officer neither produced the same nor informed the court of any reason for its non-production. It apparently transpires that such a non-compliance with the court order causes hardship for the litigant and hinders the cause of expeditious justice. Hence, the Sub-Registrar, Office of the Sub-Registrar (Sadar), Rajshahi is further ordered to produce the concerned volume of the Deed No. 20692 of 1972 before the court on the next fixed date.
